Thank you for shopping with Fool's Gold Collectibles! We're committed to getting your cards and collectibles to you safely and promptly.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the carrier, item size and weight, and destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout. We ship promptly and will provide tracking information once your order is fulfilled.



Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size to ensure the safest, most reliable delivery.


Packaging

All cards and collectibles are carefully packed to protect condition during transit. We use appropriate protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and rigid mailers as needed. Item condition on arrival is important to us — we pack every order as if it's our own collection.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@foolsgoldcollectible.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you are concerned about delivery security, we recommend selecting Express Shipping, which includes enhanced tracking.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
